Refund Policy 💸

General rule

Any third-party costs (ads, software, tools, licenses, fees) are non-refundable.

24-hour cancellation

You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund only if work has not started.

Work is considered started once planning, setup, communication, access requests, or execution begins.

After work starts

If you cancel after work has begun:

Future work stops.

A 50% cancellation fee applies for the current billing period.

Unused ad budget is returned.

Spent ad budget is not refundable.

Pausing services

Services can be paused for up to 3 months. Any prepaid amount will be kept as credit.

Non-refundable services

These are non-refundable once started or delivered:

Setup and configuration fees.

Audits, reports, or analysis.

Promotional or time-sensitive campaigns.

Completed or partially completed work.

What refunds do not cover

Refunds do not apply to dissatisfaction with creative style, failure to achieve specific marketing goals, or delays caused by the client. Refunds are also not provided for issues caused by third-party platforms, tools, services, or events beyond my control.

Results depend on multiple factors

Marketing and online services depend on many factors outside anyone’s control. For this reason, refunds are not provided for failure to achieve specific results or performance expectations.

When refunds may apply

Refunds are considered only if:

I fail to start work within 14 days (without client delay), or

I remain inactive for 14 days without notice.

Refunds do not apply to dissatisfaction, missed goals, client delays, or platform-related issues.
