Any third-party costs (ads, software, tools, licenses, fees) are non-refundable.
You may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund only if work has not started.
Work is considered started once planning, setup, communication, access requests, or execution begins.
If you cancel after work has begun:
All ongoing work and deliverables will immediately cease. A 50% fee for the current billing period applies to cover the time, resources, and calendar space reserved for your project. Unused ad budget is returned. Spent ad budget is not refundable.
Services can be paused for up to 3 months. Any prepaid amount will be kept as project credit and is strictly non-refundable.
These are non-refundable once started or delivered:
Setup and configuration fees.
Audits, reports, or analysis.
Promotional or time-sensitive campaigns.
Completed or partially completed work.
Because online marketing relies heavily on external market factors, user behavior, and third-party algorithms, failure to achieve specific financial targets, lead volume, or performance expectations does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds do not apply to dissatisfaction with creative style, changes in your business direction, or delays caused by your team. Refunds are also not provided for issues caused by third-party platforms, tools, services, or events beyond my control.
Refunds are considered only if:
I fail to start work within 14 days (without client delay), or
I remain inactive for 14 days without notice.
Exception: This 14-day inactivity clause does not apply in cases of Force Majeure (Acts of God), severe medical emergencies, or major infrastructure failures beyond my control. In such unavoidable events, project timelines will be reasonably extended.
