Who I am

This website and services are provided by Faiz, an independent Digital Strategist based in India.

Using my services

By using this site or hiring me, you agree to these Terms along with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

What I do & How we communicate

I offer website design and online marketing services. Project details, pricing, scope, and timelines are shared in writing before work begins. To keep things organized and documented, all official project communication, approvals, scope changes, and requests must be conducted via email. My standard operating hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM IST. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a response during business days.

Changes & delays

Any work requested outside the agreed written scope will require a separate estimate and will be billed additionally. This may also adjust the project timeline. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, or access from your side are not my responsibility.

Project abandonment

If you fail to respond to communication or provide necessary feedback/assets for more than 30 consecutive days, the project will be considered abandoned. Work will cease, and any outstanding balance becomes immediately due. Restarting an abandoned project will require a new agreement and a reactivation fee.

Commitment to best practices & market realities

I am committed to executing data-driven strategies and industry best practices to maximize your digital growth. However, because online performance relies on third-party platforms (like Google or Meta algorithms), market dynamics, and user behavior, specific outcomes—such as exact sales figures, lead volume, or search rankings—cannot be legally guaranteed. My promise is to deliver high-quality strategic work and transparent reporting.

Payments & ownership

Work starts as per the agreed payment terms. Work is considered started once any planning, strategy, communication, setup, access request, research, or execution activity begins.

Invoices are due upon receipt. Payments delayed beyond 14 days will accrue standard late fees as mandated by the MSMED Act, 2006.

Upon final payment, you receive full ownership and usage rights of the final delivered product (e.g., live website, finalized ad copy). This does not include ownership of underlying proprietary frameworks, raw working files (like Figma or Photoshop source files), or third-party software licenses, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Until full payment is received, the work cannot be used, published, or transferred. Partial payments do not grant partial ownership.

Ending a project

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice via email to contact@heyiamfaiz.com. Termination becomes effective once the notice is sent. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.

No refunds will be issued if termination occurs due to client breach, non-cooperation, or abusive behavior.

Portfolio

I reserve the right to display and link to completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party platforms

I am not responsible for decisions, policy changes, suspensions, rejections, downtime, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms such as advertising networks, hosting providers, software tools, or external services.

Legal Protection

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services. My total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims arising from your content, actions, or misuse of the services

These terms are governed by Indian 🇮🇳 law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
