Who I am

This website and services are provided by Faiz, an independent Digital Strategist based in India.

Using my services

By using this site or hiring me, you agree to these Terms along with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

What I do

I offer website design and digital marketing services. Project details, pricing, scope, and timelines are shared in writing before work begins.

Changes & delays

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may cost extra and take more time.

Delays caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, or access from your side are not my responsibility.

No guaranteed results

Marketing and online results depend on many factors outside my control. I don’t promise specific results such as sales, leads, traffic, or rankings.

Payments & ownership

Work starts as per the agreed payment terms. Work is considered started once any planning, strategy, communication, setup, access request, research, or execution activity begins.

You receive full ownership of the final work only after all payments are completed. Until then, the work cannot be used, published, or transferred. Partial payments do not grant partial ownership.

Refunds & cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, and pauses are handled strictly according to the Refund Policy.

Ending a project

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice via email to contact@heyiamfaiz.com. Termination becomes effective once the notice is sent. Any work completed up to the termination date must be paid for.

No refunds will be issued if termination occurs due to client breach, non-cooperation, or abusive behavior.

Portfolio

I reserve the right to display and link to completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party platforms

I am not responsible for decisions, policy changes, suspensions, rejections, downtime, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms such as advertising networks, hosting providers, software tools, or external services.

Legal Protection

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services. My total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from claims arising from your content, actions, or misuse of the services.

These terms are governed by Indian 🇮🇳 law.
